Shaykh Rafiq Sufi (Patel) was born in England and has gained licenses to teach (Ijaazas) in many Islamic sciences including Qur’an, Jurisprudence and Traditions of the last Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu Alayhi Wasallam, from various scholars. He studied and graduated in 1992 in one of the most recognized Islamic Institution in England, Darul-Uloom al-Arabiyya al-Islamiyya. As well as becoming an Alim (Scholar), he also memorised the Qur’an in different methods of recitation (Qari). After graduation, Shaykh took a role of Imam
