يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ 

“O Living One, O Self-existant One, by Your Mercy I seek help.”

    Our prophet Mohammed saw (PBUH) used to recite this whenever faced with difficulty.
