<description>I would say to be cautious whilst there because it can be quite hot (depending on the season) and also very busy. Try and keep well hydrated with drinking zam zam all the while (insha&#039;Allah this will have great barakah on the unborn child too). The process of performing is not very long but it can tiring as you have to travel out of the boundary of the haram, pray 2 raka&#039;, return to the haram for tawaf and sa&#039;ee (between safa marwah). You may of course do Tawaf rather than perform more Umrah and even just try and sit in the sacred masjids as much as possible to gain the maximum reward and blessings from your journey. Try and avoid areas of congestion where pushing and shoving may occur, for example and especially close to the Hajr Aswad.

Please consult a doctor (muslim one if possible) and take their advice, as I am not a medical expert and I feel they are best placed to give you advice. Whatever you do please remember my family and I in your duas and I hope you have read the various articles relating to pregnancy and Islam in the marriage section here.

<description>Once you get to al haraam, you have one of the greatest shaffaas, zam zam water. Brothers and sisters, do not underestimate that water, it is a blessing.

It was a general consencus among my group that drinking a glass of zam zam water was food and kept you going.
