The word you are looking for is Munafiq, (hypocrite, liar).

We must save ourselves from this.

Just because we are “Muslims” does not mean we will automatically enter Janna (Paradise). If we do as sinners do, then we are sinners. And we will go to hell for these things, unless Allah bestows his mercy upon us.

And we must seek refuge in Allah, from the accursed Shaytan, and his WasWasa (Whispers), when he tries to influence us to do haram.

This is a test from Allah.

A great example is Bani Israel. Indeed, Allah chose them above all the nations of the earth. But they kept returning to sin. And so, finally Allah sent Isa AS (Jesus pbuh), as a mercy from him. But they would not take heed.

And so Allah raised Isa AS to himself, and many hundreds of years later, he sent Mohammad SAW, as a mercy for mankind.

Bani Israel was Muslim. And all of the Prophets pbut were Muslims. They preached righteousness and piety, but people kept on going back to the wrong path.

If we as Muslims, continue to commit sin, then who will save us from the hellfire?
